Responsibilities & Requirements
Provides assessment of educational needs and facilitation of unit compliance. Assists Clinical Nurse Manager in identification, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of unit activities, projects, and hospital wide programs. The Assistant Nurse Manager reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required within 3 years of employment
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Primarily pm and night shifts. A minimum of 50% of time must be after 7:00 pm and before 7:00 am
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC per unit requirement
- Demonstrates leadership and teaching abilities
- Demonstrates professional and ethical behavior
- Must be passionate about nursing and teamwork
