Kettering Health Main Campus

  • Kettering Health Main Campus, formerly Kettering Medical Center, is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering, Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.
  • The facility includes the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital, maternity service with a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and level II Emergency Care.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Medical Education Program Coordinator position duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Act as the logistical and operational liaison between medical schools and Kettering Health.

  • Assigns and coordinates student activities and rotations at specific sites.
  • Onboarding and Orientation – process KH paperwork, identification badges, EPIC access, security access.
  • Be familiar with KH policies to ensure compliance.
  • Proctor medical student exams.
  • Facilitate faculty credentialing.
  • Identify rotational opportunities.
  • Assist with completion of student evaluations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in related areas of equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of productivity software, including database management
  • 5 years of office experience
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with department directors, faculty, residents, applicants, employees and the general public.
  • Good assessment and planning skills
