KETTERING HEALTH MAIN CAMPUS PRESIDENT
Kettering, OHFounded by the family of famed inventor Charles F. Kettering, Kettering Health is centered on the well-being of the people and communities we serve. Since 1964, we’ve been a beacon of healing through our investment in innovative technology and resources to ensure our compassionate care touches the mind, body, and spirit.
During the last 60 years, we’ve expanded our services to care for the more than 1.8 million people in our service area. Today, Kettering Health comprises 14 medical centers, more than 120 outpatient locations, and our Medical Group—over 700 providers strong. To sustain these services, we operate, as a division of Kettering Health Main Campus, Kettering College, a fully accredited college focused on raising up generations of dedicated health professionals to serve Greater Dayton.
As Kettering Health enters its next chapter, we are unifying as a system to offer consumers a seamless, integrated patient experience—whether in one of our hospitals, at a check-up with a primary care physician, or online for a post-op follow-up via telehealth.
We will achieve this through the following operational principles:
- A convenient, accessible digital-first consumer experience
- An insatiable resolve for elevated quality and safety
- A meaningful work environment for our team members
- Smart growth that ensures the right care is delivered in the right place at the right time
- Achieving a sustainable operating margin that enables our mission to thrive
We will do this while keeping the same spirit our founders imagined: cutting-edge innovation fueled by unparalleled compassion.
