RN-EMPLOYEE HEALTH

The Employee Health RN position duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Meet the medical needs of network employees
• Administer medication and vaccination where needed
• Serve as a point of contact for employees with medical questions
• Work in conjunction with HR to meet network goals
• Ensure employee safety and compliance where needed

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse - licensed in State of Ohio. CPR (BLS) required.

• Minimum of three years of Occupational Health/Employee Health experience,

• Working computer knowledge required

Preferred Qualifications

Must be a multi-tasker and comfortable with fast pace work environment.

We are a centralized KH system department serving all of KH and its entities.

We utilize Call Center software (Talk Desk). Telehealth software (Doxy Me), Net Health (EMR) along with a full Microsoft office package. We handle many discretionary documents and conversations while processing individual medical records and workers compensation claims.

We seek someone with critical thinking skills for the management of workforce member requests and reported incidents.

We provide a 6 week orientation/training program to optimize department applications. This position will require minimal transportation (driving) between all hospital campuses in the KH system.
