Responsibilities & Requirements
Member of the Kettering Health Medical Group (“KHMG”) Contracting department who assists with drafting and management of employed physicians’ and Advanced Practice Providers’ (“APPs”) contracts under direction of KHMG Contracting Manager. Collaborates with KHMG leadership, employed physicians and APPs, and other various internal stakeholders, including, but not limited to, KPN Human Resources, Finance, and Quality departments and personnel from Kettering Health Legal Services and Kettering Health Risk Management departments. Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to perform multiple tasks independently in a timely manner with utmost attention to maintaining confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to plan, initiate, and perform responsibilities with a minimum of direct supervision
Drafting of legal documents, letters, memos, and summaries
Management of department E-mail and ServiceNow
Electronic and physical organization, distribution, and filing of legal documents
Coordination of meetings and scheduling
Establishing a chronology of facts or file summaries
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with leadership and physicians at all levels throughout the organization in a professional manner
Perform other duties and assignments as requested
Education Requirements:
Associate of Paralegal Studies minimum.
