Soin Medical Center
- Soin Medical Center has been serving residents of Greene, Western Clark, Eastern Montgomery, and Miami counties since 2012.
- Conveniently located off I-675 in Beavercreek.
- Provides a variety of health care services and is home to 4 accredited Centers of Excellence including hernia and robotic surgery.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
The goal of our Respiratory Team Leader is to perform high level clinical respiratory care under indirect technical supervision as assigned by manager. Demonstrates a strong approach to all network initiatives and a role model for KHN mission, vision and values.
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum supervisory experience; completion of clinical skill level I, II, III; technical, leadership, and education skills; ability to work well with a team; strong oral and written communication skills; possesses good clinical and technical knowledge of Respiratory Care; motivates employees to perform effectively and efficiently.
- ICU Team Leader. 8 hours admin per pay period. and every fourth weekend.
- RRT
- RCP licensed in the State of Ohio
- Minimum BS in Respiratory, Education, or Business
- 6 years’ experience in Respiratory preferred
- 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- ACLS, BLS
- Active AARC member
